Asymmetrical FHK
Total knee replacement
with a rotating spacer

The FHK total knee replacement with an asymmetrical rotating spacer is a one-of-a-kind prosthesis that comes close to the natural biomechanics of the knee thanks to the medialisation of its centre of rotation.

This asymmetrical rotation allows for automatic internal rotation of the tibia during flexion, thereby reducing patellar stresses through kinematic alignment of the extensor apparatus, and in so doing reinforcing its action.

The patellar prosthesis exists in two versions:

– inlay,
– resurfacing.

Depending on bone quality, tibial anchoring pins are available in two lengths and two diameters.
